 Piston rod
The piston rod is made of high strength carbon steel with precision grinding treatment. With the design concept of improving the rod strength and the high performance heat treatment, hard chrome plating and CNC tumbling, the even veins and high degree of finish of the surface is guaranteed, and it has good oil membrane at the surface, which improves the service life of the seal parts.
 Guide sleeve
The sleeve is made of high strength spheroidal graphite cast iron and high strength steel under buffering inner bore copper welding treatment.
 Cylinder block
The cylinder block is made of high strength carbon steel. The internal surface of the cylinder is designed with proper strength, size, and thickness of cylinder body, and it has good degree of finish and rigidity under the tumbling treatment which minimizes the inner friction, improves the wear resistance and prolongs the service life.
 Piston and piston seal.
The standard piston is of one-piece steel structure. The firm lock-up between the long screw thread and the steel ball is convenient for the installation and it also guarantees the reliable operation under high speed load. New design of screwing parts greatly improved the cross section where the piston rod bears the axial load and improves the strength of piston rod to the maximum.

Q1: What are main factors that effects your price?
A: Price is effected by main factors below:
1) Order quantity: the bigger quantity, the better price.
2) Raw steel price: if raw materials price is stable, our price is stable.
3) USD/RMB exchange rate.
4) Size: if it is regular size, price is regular. If not, price is based on size detail.
5) Length: to make your cost down, we suggest honed tubes length be unfixed 4 to 6 meters range. For chrome plated bars, we suggest length be fixed 3 or 6 meters.
The suggested length is mainly decided by raw materials length.
 For example, if you need chrome plated bars length 4.5 meters, price is higher than the chromed bars with length 6 meter because the raw steel bar length is 6 meters. If we produce 4.5 meters, 1.5 meters length of the chrome plated rods will be wasted
 Q2: What is the payment term? How can we trust you and make payment?
A: Normal payment is by T/T. Payment by LC can be negotiated.

A: The normal package is below:
Honed tubes package: oil and capped on tub end. PE sheet bundles wrapped package or as per request.
Chrome plated bars package: oiled and protected by hardboard sleeves, then in sea worthy wooden case.
Hydraulic cylinder package: wrapped by PE film and packed in strong wooden case.
Logo or marking will be as per customer's request.
